Essential and optional requirements

Good oral and written communication skills.
Min 10-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
Associate degree or above.
Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse talent.

Key tasks

To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
To set and control with the General Manager/Resident Manager, any incentive scheme for the Outlet Manager or other Food and Beverage section heads of department.
To ensure that the various outlets and banquets adhere to all company and hotel policies and procedures.
To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management team accordingly.
To taste the food from various kitchens with the Chef's and be demanding and critical when it comes to food quality
