Key tasks

Monitor safety and hygiene during the operation of the hotel. Comply with local health and safety requirements and regulations, and relevant hotel standards, local policies or laws and regulations. Ensure food to attached governments and international first-class standard, ensure food production, cleaning & Hygiene facility's level
Plan out each outlet's hygiene handbook. As per food hygiene standard give training to staff
Training staff in food hygiene
Implementation of HACCP system, Identification and analysis of hazard, identification of critical control point
Hygiene walkthrough in restaurant and kitchen
Document and record keeping
Organization monthly food safety meeting
Management of food poisoning
Management of Foreign matter mixed into food
Cooperate with the hygiene bureau on inspections of food hygiene, provide information about the food hygiene management, and supervise the implementation of regulations
Regularly check the hygiene condition of related employees, health certificates and other relevant documents
Supervise Hygienic standards for food safety departments the implementation
File a hygiene manage and keep record and check list carefully. Documentation and record keeping shall be enough to assist the hotel to verify that the HACCP
