To become a receptionist, I studied international commerce and marketing. After several training periods in sales and experience in an advertising company, I joined Accor as head waiter for a hotel in La Défense, I was then Barman and night auditor for three years.



Today my job of receptionist consists mainly of welcoming the customers and explaining the different Suite Novotel services. Multi-tasking is one of the essential elements in this brand because as well as being good at sales, we need to listen to the customers’ needs. I am also in charge of the refreshment corner. One of the brand’s values is hospitality; this requires friendly interaction with the guests.

Suite Novotel has taught me, through various training courses, to become autonomous by anticipating reservation requests and taking into consideration the needs of the customers, to provide the best quality service every day. I have improved my skills in this profession, which will make it easier for me to progress to a position with more responsibilities in the near future.
