These characteristics are fundamental of what a Sofitel Ambassador stands for, and should develop with her/his experience in Sofitel.

It is composed of: - A Worldwide Induction Program
- 7 trainings to master the competencies needed in Sofitel and devoted to ‘Cousu main’ service
is a personalized and flexible approach for career development to grow within Sofitel.
It is an A LA CARTE and individual approach which will enable an Ambassador to reach the next level of responsibility either within its current job or potential promotion.
All the Ambassadors receive an individualized passport which reinforces their identity, mission and belonging to Sofitel.

In order to attract, integrate and retain new talents, this program between 12 and 18 months is intended to be a career accelerator, offering special conditions and personal support from a Sofitel Executive Management Team member acting as the student's mentor to promote successful integration from an internship into a full time position at a minimum level supervisor. 30 students maximum are selected per year from 15 top hospitality schools.
