Key tasks

Overview of duties
• Ensures that all events run smoothly in accordance with the specifications validated by the BEO
• Applies the brand's quality standards (SOP)

Main responsibilities
• Obtains adequate quantities of IT equipment’s from the store room as per the BEO of the events.
• Does not leave the area of work without notifying the Manager.
• Performs all side duties established by manager.
• Ensures that all information and duties received from Manager is followed accurately.
• Ensures sufficient quantities of IT equipment available prior to the service operation.
• Ensure orders (laptop, projector, screen) are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest.
• Performs all tasks as per the Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Attends all Training's, daily briefings, and communication meetings as requested by the management.
• Ensures that house rules are followed.
• Makes oneself aware of all emergency procedures.
• Promotes team work within the department & ensure equality at workplace is maintained.
• Read the BEO and ensure all the items requested are ready 60 minutes before the events.
• Have knowledge of IT in hotels or business with server maintenance
• Ability to work with the IT software changes
